Salecify Dashboard Guide

Everything you need to set up your team, record daily activity, track payments, and read your dashboard — in one place.

Last updated: May 2026

Overview

What Is Salecify?

Salecify is an agency that scales online businesses through elite sales management. As part of that, we've built an internal sales reporting and tracking dashboard for the high-ticket sales teams we work with. Every metric flows from two sources: EOD (End of Day) reports submitted daily by your closers, setters, and DM setters, and payment records created when a new client enrolls. The dashboard ties these two streams together so you can see call volume, close rates, cash collected, and rep-level performance all in one place.

Navigation

Tour of the App

Once logged in, you will see a sidebar on the left with these navigation items:

LinkWhat it does
HomeDashboard overview with KPI cards, charts, and recent transactions
SalesDeep-dive by role (Closers, Setters, DM Setters) with per-rep tables
EOD ReportsBrowse all EOD submissions from your team; manage team members
SettingsProfile, products, form links, webhook
At the very bottom of the sidebar is a blue "+ New Payment" button. This opens a standalone enrollment form — useful for installments or one-off recordings outside of an EOD submission. Closers should add payments via their daily EOD report instead.
Step 1

Add Your Products

Before recording any payments, add the programs or courses you sell.

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the Products card (the one with the books icon).
  3. Click "Manage Products".
  4. Type your product name (e.g. "Sales Mastery") and click "Add Product".

To edit a product: click the pencil icon, change the name, and click "Update Product".

To remove a product: click the trash icon. Confirm in the dialog. Products are soft-deleted — all historical enrollments linked to that product remain intact.

Products in the dashboard are name-only. The price is entered per-enrollment when you record a new payment, as "Total Contract Value."
Step 2

Add Your Team Members

Team members are the reps who submit EOD reports. There are three roles:

Closer

Takes sales calls and closes deals.

Setter

Makes outbound dials and books calls on the calendar.

DM Setter

Books calls through direct messages (social media, email, etc.).

Team members are managed from the EOD Reports page:

  1. Click EOD Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Click the tab for the role you want to add (Closers, Setters, or DM Setters).
  3. Click the "Manage [Role]" button near the top right.
  4. Fill in the member details and click "Add Member".
FieldRequired?
First NameYes
Last NameYes
Company EmailOptional

To edit a member: click the pencil icon, update fields, and click "Update Member".

To remove a member: click the trash icon. This is a soft delete — historical EOD reports and payment attributions are preserved.

Add all of your closers, setters, and DM setters before sharing form links. Their names populate the dropdowns on the public EOD forms.
Step 3

Share Your Form Links

All EOD forms and the New Payment form are public, shareable web pages. Your team does not need a dashboard account to submit them.

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the "Your Form Links" card.
  3. Click "Copy" next to each link you need.
LinkWho uses it
Closer EOD FormYour closers, daily
Setter EOD FormYour setters, daily
DM Setter EOD FormYour DM setters, daily
New Payment FormAdmins or closers when enrolling a client

Share these links in your team's Slack channel, Notion workspace, or wherever your team communicates. Encourage reps to bookmark their personal form link.

Step 4

Configure the Webhook

Admin only · Optional. The webhook lets the dashboard fire a notification to an external service (Zapier, Make, or a custom endpoint) every time an EOD report is submitted.

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the "Webhook Configuration" card.
  3. Paste your endpoint URL into the "Webhook URL" field.
  4. Click "Save".
Leave the field blank and click "Save" at any time to disable the webhook.
Step 5

Record an EOD Report

Each rep visits their EOD form link every day after their shift and submits their numbers. The forms are accessible without logging in — just open the link and fill it out.

Submitted by: Closers, once per day.

Recording Payments — Do This Every Day You Close a Deal

The EOD form is where closers should log every enrollment they collect. At the bottom of the form, click "Add Payment" for each deal you closed today. This is how cash collected and revenue flow into the dashboard — do not skip this step.

Fill in the following for each deal:

FieldRequired?Notes
Full NameYesClient's full name
EmailYesClient's email address
PhoneNoClient's phone number
ProgramYesSelect from the product list your admin set up
SetterNoThe setter who booked the call — used for attribution
Payment PlanYes"Pay In Full (PIF)" or "Payment Plan (Split)"
Total Contract ValueYesThe full deal value in dollars
Start DateYesDefaults to today

If the client is on a split payment plan, choose the number of installments (2–12). The app divides the total equally and spaces due dates one month apart. The first installment is marked as paid by default since you collected it at signing.

A yellow warning appears if the total value of payments you added doesn't match the Cash Collected or Revenue Generatednumbers you entered above. Double-check your numbers — the warning is informational and won't block submission, but a mismatch means the dashboard figures will be off.

Setter EOD Report

Submitted by: Setters, once per day.

Required FieldDescription
DialsTotal outbound calls made
PickupsProspects who answered
Booked CallsAppointments successfully booked
ReschedulesBookings rescheduled
Unqualified LeadsContacts that were disqualified

Step 6

Record Payments via the Standalone Form

Closers should add payments directly inside their EOD report (see Step 5). The standalone payment form described here is a secondary option — use it for installment collections, for enrollments that happen outside of an EOD submission, or when someone other than the closer is recording the deal.

Two ways to open the standalone form: Click the blue "+ New Payment" button at the bottom of the sidebar (available while logged in), or share the New Payment Form link (from Settings → Your Form Links) — no login required.

The form has two modes toggled at the top: New Contract and Pay Installment.

New Contract Mode

Use when enrolling a brand-new client.

FieldRequired?Notes
Full NameYesClient's full name
EmailYesClient's email address
PhoneNoClient's phone number
ProgramYesSelect from your product list
CloserNoDefaults to "Unassigned"; used for commission attribution
SetterNoDefaults to "Unassigned"; includes DM setters in the list
Payment PlanYes"Pay In Full (PIF)" or "Payment Plan (Split)"
Total Contract ValueYesThe full deal value in dollars
Start DateYesDefaults to today
If you select "Payment Plan (Split)", choose the number of installments (2–12). The app automatically divides the contract value equally and sets due dates one month apart. The first installment is marked as paid by default.

Pay Installment Mode

Use when an existing client is making a payment on their split plan. Select the client from the dropdown — their full payment schedule appears. Click "Mark Paid" next to the installment being collected.

Step 7

Review the Home Dashboard

Click Home in the sidebar. Use the date range picker (top right) to filter all data to a specific time period. The default range is the last 7 days.

KPI Cards

CardWhat it measures
Cash CollectedTotal payments actually received
RevenueTotal contract value reported via EOD forms
AOVAverage order value per deal
Cash Collection %Cash collected ÷ reported revenue
Show RateLive calls ÷ scheduled calls
Offer RateOffers made ÷ live calls
Offer to Close %Closes ÷ offers made
Close RateCloses ÷ live calls
Monthly PacingProjected monthly cash based on the current rate
Avg Sales CycleAverage days from first contact to close
Each card shows a delta indicator comparing the selected range to the previous period of the same length. A green up-arrow means the metric improved; a red down-arrow means it declined.

Pie Chart

A pie chart below the KPI cards shows activity broken down by rep. Use the dropdown to switch between Closed Calls (Closers), Calls Made (Setters), and DM Sent (DM Setters).

Recent Transactions

A table at the bottom lists the most recent enrollments. Click any row to open the full enrollment detail where you can review or edit it.

Step 8

Dig Into the Sales Page

Click Sales in the sidebar. A date range picker at the top controls the period for all data on this page. Twelve summary KPI cards span the top at all times.

The page has three tabs: Closers, Setters, and DM Setters. Each tab has a dropdown to filter to one rep and includes:

  • A KPI grid with detailed per-role metrics
  • A performance table with one row per rep
  • A Recent Payments table with inline Closer and Setter dropdowns — you can reassign attribution directly from this table and changes save immediately
Step 9

Audit EOD Submissions

Click EOD Reports in the sidebar to see all submissions from your team. Use the role tabs (Closers · Setters · DM Setters) and the date range picker to filter.

Click any row to open the full submission detail, including the rep's struggle notes and any additional notes they entered that day.

Other actions on this page:

  • Copy Link — copies the public EOD form URL for the active tab directly to your clipboard.
  • Manage [Role] — opens the team member management modal.
There is no CSV export and no inline editing on this page. Submissions are read-only once submitted.
Step 10

Manage Your Profile

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Find the "Profile Settings" card.
  3. Update your Name or Email as needed. Your Role is displayed but cannot be changed from this screen.
  4. Click "Save Changes".

FAQ & Tips

Where do my team's daily EOD reports go?+
Every submission is immediately visible on the EOD Reports page under the appropriate tab. The numbers also roll up into the KPI cards on the Home and Sales pages for the date they were submitted. If you have a webhook configured, a POST request fires to your endpoint at the same moment.
How does commission attribution work?+
When you record an enrollment, you select which Closer and Setter to credit. If you need to reassign, go to Sales → [Closers/Setters/DM Setters] → Recent Payments and use the inline dropdowns in the table. Changes save immediately.
Why doesn't my product have a price field?+
Products in the dashboard are name-only. The price is entered per-enrollment as "Total Contract Value" when you record a new payment. This lets you adjust the deal size for each client without changing the product definition.
Can I delete a team member?+
Yes, but it is a soft delete — their name disappears from dropdowns going forward, but all their historical EOD submissions and payment attributions remain intact. You won't lose any data.
What happens if a rep submits their EOD form twice on the same day?+
The submit button is disabled while the request is processing. The server also enforces a duplicate-submission window — if a rep tries to submit a second report for the same date, they will receive an error notification. The rule is one submission per person per day.
My team can't find their form link. Where do I get it?+
Go to Settings → Your Form Links and click "Copy" next to the relevant form. You can also click the "Copy Link" button on the EOD Reports page while viewing the corresponding tab. Both methods give you the same public URL.
How do I track whether clients are paying their installments?+
Open the payment form, switch to "Pay Installment" mode, select the client, and click "Mark Paid" next to the installment being collected.
What does the delta arrow on each KPI card mean?+
Each card compares the selected date range to the previous period of the same length. If you select the last 7 days, it compares to the 7 days before that. A green up-arrow means the metric improved; a red down-arrow means it declined. This calculation is automatic.
What is the difference between "Cash Collected" and "Revenue"?+
Revenue comes from what closers self-report on their EOD form under "Revenue Generated." It represents the total contract value of deals they closed.

Cash Collected is the actual cash received, either self-reported on EOD forms or calculated from payment records. Revenue will typically be higher on split-payment deals where only the first installment has been collected.
